Elliptical anyone.....

Hold the presses.  I got on my elliptical last night...only lasted 10 min...I know that is a sorry excuse.  Guess what?  I am going to do it again here in a few minutes after I am done blogging!  Not kidding you.
I am hoping this will be the start to adding my exercise back in.  I need it, apparently, I am a 70 year in the elliptical area...lol  I was breathing hard and my muscles are sore today... that's sad.  Or maybe I am tired from burying my 10 clip magazine in the backyard...just kidding folks...I don't own one, but I have heard some people were scrambling after it became illegal to own one in New York.

Breakfast
non fat yogurt
coffee/cream

Lunch
1 cup turkey chili
edamame

 Dinner
1 cup Spaghetti sauce
cucumbers
5 Melba toast to dip in sauce

around 1000 calories.  I know some of you don't think that is enough but that is about max I can take in to stay on track.  I am just glad I am not snacking and that my meals are keeping me full till next meal time

Well off to get in some exercise ... pick your jaw up off the floor people!

That's right, you'll get right back on and you'll see a loss in no time. Keep it up!

yay to getting back to the exercise...in any form! Also, we must have sister metabolisms...1000 is my magic number, too.

OMG I love melba toast with cream cheese. And to answer your title? NO! God I hate that thing....however I've been doing 1/2 hour on it every other day. Rambo does a damn hour. I hate him.

Girl, any exercise is good exercise. It can be depressing how quickly we lose our toning, as it were, and we feel like we're back to the beginning - it sucks! But the only way to do it is to just get back on - so good for you for doing it! As for your calorie count, it is YOUR body - whatever works for you works for you. I think the "recommended calorie count" is a generalized number for the masses, and it's up to us to figure out what our body can tolerate and what it can't. Period. So you do your thang, and ignore everything else! GO girl!!!!

Exercise has all kinds of benefits in addition to weight loss. Keep reminding yourself of that when you want to stay motivated! Congrats on getting back on the torture device ... I mean elliptical.

I was kidding the other day! lol I ate about 1000 calories (or less, probably) when I was in the losing stage. Not because I was trying to, just my band was at perfect restriction. No worries about what anyone thinks, ladybug! :)

Anywho, when I first got on the elliptical 10 minutes was a LONG time. We gotta start somewhere!

I can't comment on the elliptical...we all know my ass doesn't exercise :) But, I stay around 1000 calories or less. I have to since I don't exercise.

I love the eliptical! I bought one not too long ago but I think the stride is too short. And this one hurts my knees. I really want a better one. Good for you for keeping at it. Start slow and build that stamina. It will come!
