The biggest thing to remember is to try to replace the coping mechanism. When stressed, I try to retreat to a book or even a game of solitaire until the feeling passes. ANYTHING to keep me out of the pantry or fridge. It works about 70% of the time, and I'm ok with that percentage for now.
